The bottle has previously been opened and partially consumed; the original seal is no longer intact. No representation is made that the remaining liquid is safe or suitable to drink.

The item is sold as-is, without warranty of quality, drinkability, or fitness for any purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The seller may postpone, suspend or cancel the auction at any time.
